If MixBar is not right for your setup, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include your order number. A short explanation is helpful for improving MixBar, but it is not required.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the checkout provider. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.

Fair use

The policy covers normal purchases and genuine compatibility or satisfaction concerns. Requests involving fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, or license abuse may be declined where permitted by law.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including legal remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.

Before buying

MixBar requires macOS 14.2 or later. Individual Safari tab control is limited to standard HTML audio and video, while Firefox is controlled at the application level. See the compatibility details on the main product page before purchasing.
